LeadChirp ("we", "our", or "us") provides webhook ingestion and instant lead routing services to WhatsApp, Telegram, and Facebook Messenger. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our users and their website visitors.
When a website form is submitted through LeadChirp, we collect and process the submitted form payload (e.g., name, email address, phone number, message text, and submission time) strictly for the purpose of dispatching push notifications to your configured destination channels.
LeadChirp integrates with third-party messaging services including Meta WhatsApp Cloud API, Telegram Bot API, and Facebook Messenger API. API tokens and phone numbers provided by users are stored securely and used exclusively to perform authorized notification dispatches.
LeadChirp does not sell, rent, or monetize lead data. Ingested form payloads are held in ephemeral processing queues and logged in workspace activity tables solely for account management and verification.
All financial transactions are processed securely through Stripe. LeadChirp does not collect, store, or process credit card numbers or financial account credentials.
